Our approach is innovative and very open. We want our partners to be aware of our realities, and we share information about our investments, our achievements and our prospects. We are transparent and objective in offering them the full range of our possibilities and services, within the limits of our competence, to best address their concerns.
We strive to carry out our activity with great rigour and deontology, by strictly complying with the legal and regulatory framework that governs our profession and our marketing system, both locally as decreed by the Coffee and Cocoa Council and internationally.
We are committed to a Rainforest Alliance and Flocert (Fairtrade) certification process and place sustainability at the heart of our business. We are particularly committed to :
- Promoting good agricultural practices,
- Improving the income of our producers,
- Respecting protected areas including classified forests,
- Promote responsible labour practices, excluding any form of child or forced labour,
- Encourage the involvement of women and crop diversification within communities,
- Document all our sustainability initiatives.
